unsure of how to handle your maintenance issue?

At strata management group we aim to make even the most complex of situations as easy as possible for our existing clients.

Ensure you have as much information as possible on hand in relation to the maintenance issue

e.g. if a tap is leaking be sure to know the exact location of the tap, the extent of the leak and clearly identify what damage the leak is causing. This will ensure that our office is able to resolve the entire issue all at once.

Establish the PRIORITY:

EMERGENCY: All emergency situations should be dealt with through the normal emergency service providers such as 000 for fire, police, and ambulance. For gas and electricity emergencies please contact energex on 13 19 62.

URGENT: The body corporate requires immediate assistance for an URGENT but non emergency maintenance item or repair e.g. broken water pipe, blocked sewer.

NON URGENT: The body corporate requires assistance for a NON URGENT maintenance item e.g. dripping tap or blown light globe.

Make your REQUEST:
URGENT: For all URGENT requests during office hours please call the strata management group team on (07) 3267 1888. Ensure that the team are made aware of the full extent of the issue. After your phone call please ensure that a written request for maintenance is also completed as this is required in some cases for the manager/insurance company to act on your request.

For URGENT AFTER HOURS maintenance please contact strata management groups after hours maintenance contractor – zamboo on 0417 627 291. The friendly staff at zamboo will ask you a range of questions in relation to the issue so have all your information in regards to the maintenance issue at hand.

NON URGENT: Simply complete the on-line maintenance request form and click submit and one of our proactive staff members will respond to your request shortly.
