Maintenance Procedures

Unsure of how to handle your maintenance issue?

At Strata Management Group, we aim to make even the most complex of maintenance procedures as easy as possible for our existing clients.

If you have a maintenance issue it is important to ensure that you have as much information as possible available. For example, if a tap is leaking be sure to know the exact location of the tap, the extent of the leak and clearly identify what damage the leak is causing. This will ensure that our office is able to resolve the entire issue all at once.

Please note, quote requests and work order will only be issued upon written instruction / approval from the body corporate committee.
