Changing the way we communicate

How you meet with your fellow Owners and your body corporate manager has changed dramatically over the last few years and it is now time to embrace technology when it comes to our day to day communication.

Over the next few months, an SMG team member will reach out to you to ensure we have a correct email address and phone number on file for you as we do away with post and set our default to email for levies and all other correspondence relating to your scheme.

With Australia post now only posting every second business day and standard letters taking 7 days to arrive, it is no longer possible to effectively manage our legislative timelines through posting correspondence.

We trust this process will speed up decisions for our clients and save both time and money for the communities we are fortunate to serve.

With the vast majority of our clients now utilising online voting and opting for virtual meetings as opposed to in person catch ups, we need to put an end to the unnecessary printing and embrace the modern technology available.

We look forward to being in touch shortly.
