Andrew Peters

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Andrew Peters has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential body corporate, project marketing and property management and co-founded SMG.

Andrew has extensive experience in new scheme establishment as well as a comprehensive understanding of the day to day management requirements of our clients. Andrew is well known and respected in the property industry for his superior project skills and his expertise and ability to deliver quality outcomes for his clients.

Stephen Clayton

DIRECTOR AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
AIPA AFA Dip of Accounting, Dip Property Services (Agency Management), Cert IV in Property Services (Operations)

Stephen is a member of the Australian Institute of Public Accountants ,holds a Diploma in Accounting and is registered with the Tax Practitioners Board.

Stephen has held the position as chairman on a number of body corporates and owned corporation’s in Queensland and New South Wales over a period of 25 years. Stephen brings over 35 years’ experience in the property sector, including project management of commercial and residential developments, consulting in building rectification, managing budgets and assisting committees in raising funds for building modifications.

Stephen has a comprehensive knowledge of the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 and holds a strata schemes management license.

Frances Fitzsummons

GENERAL OFFICE MANAGER

Frances began her professional career in 2006 within a national property management company. The necessity to adopt a daily, proactive approach to asset management and maintenance consequently formed the basis of Frances’ principal training.

After 5 years in the Body Corporate Management industry, Frances joined the Strata Management Group family as a Senior Manager and has now been a dedicated member of the team for over 9 years. Frances has a wide knowledge of industry regulations and is well respected by her peers. Her detailed and procedure driven operations has led to highly successful outcomes for the company and clients.

Ella Baker

HEAD OF CULTURE & SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
B BUS (Property)

Ella became interested in property and Body Corporate in university, where she completed a Bachelor of Property (2011). Since completion of her degree Ella has excelled in the industry, progressing to the position of Senior Body Corporate Manager and Head of Department, before transitioning into the business development and marketing department.

Ella’s passion for strata development establishment is evident as she strives to continue to improve and streamline these services for our clients.
