Andrew Peters

MANAGING DIRECTOR , B BUS (RE +DEV)

Andrew Peters has over 15 years experience in commercial and residential body corporate and property management.

As a unit owner himself, Andrew understood the need for a strata management firm who could provide a proactive and efficient service to unit owners at a reasonable price. Strata management group has been tailored around the need for this service delivery.

Andrew is well known in the property industry for his superior project marketing skills and his expertise and ability to deliver quality outcomes for his clients.

When Andrew is not in the office he is enjoying time with his family, drumming and travelling.

Stephen Clayton

DIRECTOR AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, AIPA AFA Dip of Accounting, Dip Property Services (Agency Management), Cert IV in Property Services (Operations)

Stephen is a member of the Australian Institute of Public Accountants holding a Diploma in Accounting and is registered with the Tax Practitioners Board.

Stephen has held the position as chairman of a number of body corporate and owners corporation’s in queensland and new south wales over a period of 25 years. Stephen brings to strata management group over 35 years experience in the property sector, from project management of commercial and residential developments, consulting in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential property, managing budgets, leases to the management of leased property.

Stephen has a comprehensive knowledge of the body corporate and community management act 1997 and the strata schemes management act 1996 and is experienced in dispute resolution and mediation.

When possible Steve loves to travel especially around America. His favorite activity is skiing.

Rebecca le Noble

OFFICE GENERAL MANAGER

With a long family history in both the Property and Body Corporate industries Rebecca joins our team with extensive knowledge in all aspects of building management.

Rebecca started her career assisting in her family owned management rights business. Using the Body Corporate knowledge gained through this experience she decided to join the Body Corporate Management industry and has never looked back.

Starting as a Personal Assistant in one of Brisbanes largest firms she has slowly worked her way up to becoming a Body Corporate Manager.

Strata Management Group is thrilled to name Rebecca as part of our wonderful Body Corporate Manager team. As Office General Manager Rebecca is responsible for managing the daily operation of the firm.

Frances Fitzsummons

SENIOR BODY CORPORATE MANAGER

Frances began her professional career in 2006 within a national property management company. The necessity to adopt a daily, proactive approach to asset management and maintenance consequently formed the basis of frances’ principal training. In 2007 frances joined the body corporate management industry.

Frances has a wide knowledge of industry regulations and is well respected by her peers. Her detailed and procedure driven operations has lead to highly successful outcomes for the firm.

Frances prides herself in making the complex simple and enjoys the opportunity to provide a proactive, professional and personal service to all strata management group clients.

When she is not in the office Frances enjoys running and fitness, shopping and spending time with her mini dachshund Larry.

Nichole Breitkreutz

ACCOUNTS MANAGER, B BUS (Acct)

Nichole began her Body Corporate accounting career in 2012 where she worked in the Financial Department for one of Queenslands biggest Body Corporate Management companies.

Her passion is providing accurate financial statements and educating our owners and committee members to ensure that they are always well informed of the Body Corporate accounting legislative requirements.

Nichole has gained her Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting and is currently completing her CPA.

Natalie Mallet

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Natalie is a long standing member of the SMG Team. Beginning her Body Corporate career on Reception, over time she has developed a strong passion for the industry.

Previously working in marketing allowed Natalie to transition into the industry easily as customer service is a key component to any role within Body Corporate management.

As Natalies knowledge and experience grew she wanted to take on more of a challenge and has stepped into the role of Accounts Assistant.

Jemma Flynn

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Jemma has been working in the Body Corporate Industry for several years in the Administration Department and enjoys the daily challenges this diverse role offers.

Jemma also provides support to the Body Corporate Managers in the capacity as Personal Assistant providing accurate agendas and minutes to our clients.

Jemma is enjoying the Industry and the opportunities it provides and would like to continue her career with Strata Management Group in the Accounts Department.

Ella Baker

SENIOR BODY CORPORATE MANAGER

Ella’s interest in property and Body Corporate began in university, where she completed a Bachelor of Property (2011). Upon completion of the degree, Ella spent a few years working as an Office Manager for a local construction company. Since 2014 Ella has been working in the Body Corporate industry and quickly progressed to become a Body Corporate Manager thanks to her enthusiasm and hard work.

Ella has been involved in managing a variety of schemes ranging from small schemes to more complex body corporate arrangements including layered plans, principal body corporate’s and building management groups. Ella enjoys the challenges that the Body Corporate industries brings and looks forwards to continual learning and development in the field.

Strata Management Group is thrilled to have Ella as part of the Body Corporate Manager team and look forward to working with her.

Sharnay Fraser

BODY CORPORATE MANAGER

Although Sharnay is new to the Strata Management Group she has extensive knowledge within the Body Corporate industry. Starting as a personal assistant in a well respective firm she has slowly worked her way up to becoming a Body Corporate Manager.

Sharnay is now ready to take on the further challenge of larger and more complex Body Corporate communities of which our fellow team members can provide Sharnay with the support and encouragement that she needs to succeed within this role.

Sharnay’s willingness to learn and take on more challenges is a great asset to Strata Management Group, owners and clients alike. To continue developing her knowledge of the Body Corporate industry Sharnay jumps on any chance to take up additional training sessions.

Julie Walton

BODY CORPORATE MANAGER

Julie has a long history within the Body Corporate industry with experience within the accounting, insurance, personal assistance and maintenance divisions. Recently Julie decided that she wished to take on the challenge of becoming a Body Corporate Manager and of which Strata Management Group is thrilled to take Julie on this journey.

With her wealth of experience within all these divisions we know that Julie will be an asset to both Strata Management Group and our clients.

Nicole Braithwaite

BODY CORPORATE MANAGER

Nicole has recently joined SMG as a body corporate manager and brings with her many years of experience in managing a variety of schemes, committees and issues, striving to achieve the best possible outcome.
With a background in customer service roles, she has developed the people skills necessary to effectively represent her clients and provide clear and useful information regarding living in a community titles scheme.

She is looking forward to working with new clients and sharing her expertise and knowledge with them.

Alana Larsen

JUNIOR BODY CORPORATE MANAGER

Alana joins the Strata Management Group team as an experienced Personal Assistant to a number of Body Corporate Managers. Due to her extensive experience, knowledge and understanding of the legislation and industry she has recently stepped up to become a Body Corporate Manager.

Alana strives for customer service excellence in all her dealings and very much looks forward to working with the clients of Strata Management Group.

Gabrielle Ellis

MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Gabrielle has a long history within the hospitality industry and credits this to the development of her customer service and interpersonal skills. This industry experience has allowed her to develop strong attention to detail and understand the respect and sensitivity required towards customer needs and concerns.

Currently, Gabrielle is studying a Bachelor of Business and endeavors to utilise the skill sets she has acquired from her university career and implement them into her role at Strata Management Group.

Gabrielle has recently stepped into the role of Marketing Associate and working closely with Andrew Peters to get the name Strata Management Group to as many people as possible and working with new clients to the business.

Mary Reid

PERSONAL ASSISTANT, DIP OF MANAGEMENT (Strata), CERT IV IN PROPERTY SERVICES (Operations)

Mary has been in the Body Corporate Industry since 2010 and has managed a diverse portfolio of medium to large scale buildings which included some of Brisbane’s largest strata titled complexes.

Mary has gained her Diploma of Strata Management and has previously completed the Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management. Mary brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Strata Management Group team. Her due diligence and attention to detail holds her in high esteem with owners and clients alike.

Recently Mary made the decision to step down and join the Administration Team and become a Personal Assistant.

Jessica Laing

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Jessica is just starting out her career in the Body Corporate Management Industry as a Personal Assistant to the Body Corporate Managers. Coming from a background of customer service and retail management Jessica has developed exceptional communication skills and a great ability to build rapports with customers and clients.

Jessica is looking to expand her knowledge within the Body Corporate Industry and grow with Strata Management Group to take on new and exciting roles.

Renee Ovey

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Renee has a long history in the Administration and Customer Service industry making her an exceptional fit for the role of Senior Personal Assistant to the Body Corporate Managers. Within the Strata Management Group team Renee has had a taste of being a Junior Body Corporate Manager and has recently taken on a further role of Head of Administration Department within the company.

Renee hopes to further develop her knowledge in Body Corporate industry and eventually take on new roles and challenges within the company.

Courtney Duffy

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Courtney has only just recently begun her career in the Body Corporate Management industry, her past employment was in childcare. Coming from childcare Courtney is very patient and understanding and is able to apply these skills effortlessly to her role of Personal Assistant.

Courtney is looking to take on a new career within Strata Management Group to help build on her current skills and to greatly expand her knowledge within the Body Corporate Industry. Courtney joins the team as a Personal Assistant to the Body Corporate Managers. Her exceptional patience and time management skills are seeing her complete the required administration tasks with ease. Her readiness to learn and take on any new task given to her makes her a great fit within the company.

Natasha Kitto

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Natasha has recently joined the administration department of Strata Management Group and is bringing her previous administration and customer service experience to the team. With this experience she has developed excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Looking to build on these skill sets Natasha joins Strata Management Group as the administration officer fielding all incoming and outgoing calls to the office. Her exceptional communication skills and time management are seeing her take on this role confidently and with ease. Her willingness to learn and expand her knowledge allows her to adapt and take up new skills and roles.
