Body Corporate Certificate – Form 33

A Body Corporate Certificate (Form 33) is required to be issued to a prospective purchaser to disclose key information about a lot and the scheme, including any financial contributions payable, outstanding amounts, and other relevant details under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997. This certificate assists with pre-contract disclosure and settlement processes. Please note, processing time commences once the completed request and payment are received.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure SMG is the current body corporate manager for the scheme before lodging this request. If not, your payment may be refunded minus a processing fee.
