Andrew Peters has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential body corporate, project marketing and property management and co-founded SMG.

Andrew has extensive experience in new scheme establishment as well as a comprehensive understanding of the day to day management requirements of our clients. Andrew is well known and respected in the property industry for his superior project skills and his expertise and ability to deliver quality outcomes for his clients.

Ella Baker

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Ella became interested in property and Body Corporate at university, where she completed a Bachelor of Property (2011). Since completion of her degree Ella has excelled in the industry, previously holding positions as a Senior Body Corporate Manager and Head of Department and Business Development Manager.

Ella’s passion for the strata industry is evident as she strives to continue to improve and streamline services for our clients in her role as Chief Operating Officer.
